Service Fees
At Leading Lights we provide services regardless of whether your child qualifies for the NDIS. Sometimes starting the intervention and therapy means your child moves mountains and the journey with us is short. However, if your child qualifies for the NDIS, we help you access this support as we know this can be an overwhelming process for you and your child. Our fees have been created to ensure our services are accessible and affordable to everyone. You can find relevant information for your child’s service fees by clicking the tabs below.
If your child's NDIS Plan is Self Managed or you have a Plan Management Agency assisting you with your funds, then you are able to access services from Leading Lights Early Intervention.
Our prices are determined using the NDIS Fee Schedule. If you do not have NDIS funding, don’t worry, you are still able to access our services.

Should you request us to include information outside our standard reports as categorised above, we charge $193.99 per hour or part thereof to nearest 5 mins to compile this.

Intervention sessions are 60 minutes – 45 minutes Face-to-Face and up to 15 minutes of Non-Face-to-Face supports for session preparation and progress notes (plus other permissible activities under the NDIS Price Guide).

Non-Face-to-Face Supports are important activities resulting from the delivery of specific disability support items. These activities must be permitted by the NDIS Price Guide and be pre-authorised for us to claim in your Service Agreement. Examples of Non-Face-to-Face Supports we will claim for include, but are not limited to:
- Telephone consultation
- School observation communication
- End of term update communication
- Research e.g. specialist equipment
- Individual Intervention Plans (IIP)
- Communication/coordination with other providers (inc. schools).Please note we do not claim for all Non-Face-to-Face activities. Some common activities we complete but do not claim for include time spent scheduling, creating Service Agreements and Service Bookings.
